The North High School Swimming & Diving team would like to have you as a corporate sponsor. With a corporate donation, we will show our appreciation by having your company logo and/or name prominently displayed on our team banner, team web-site, shirts, and your company will be publicly recognized at North High staff meetings and by the PUHSD school board.

Personal Tax Credit Donations

Individuals and married couples can receive a direct tax credit on their personal income taxes when donating to schools. Individuals receive up to $200 and married couples receive up to $400 credit from their Arizona Income Taxes.

When filling out the form, you will need to include your Social Security number for tax purposes and make sure you designate 'NORTH HIGH SWIM & DIVE' as the program to receive donation.
A receipt will be sent to the address given for accounting and tax purposes.
