| Coach David Smithers |
Coach David Smithers, or "Smitty," is the founder and head coach of the North High School Mustang Swim and Dive Teams. He can answer just about anything about the swim team, website, or swimming in general. Smitty, a Business teacher by degree, is currently the coordinator of the AVID (Advancing Via Individaul Determination) Program. In his spare time, Smitty is the Graduation Chair. As for his personal life, Smitty likes to spend time with his family: his wife Kristen and daughter Ashleigh (freshman at Valley Christain High School)

| Coach Estaban Flemons |
Coach Estaban Flemons, or "Esto", was one of the first members of the swim team when it began in 1996. Esto was an All-American and All-Stater in the 50 Freestlye. Esto has brought back his vast knowledge of swimming and has been helping coach the Mustangs since 2003. In the classroom, Esto is currently the Science Curriculum/Instructional Specialist.
